Workouts don’t have to be done in the gym, one can still get results done outside of the gym and be in good shape and get good results. The problem is people pay these tremenduous amounts of money for a gym membership and a personal trainer when they can receive similar results from a home workout. Certain workouts can lead to certain full body results, the three workouts that I will be focusing on throughout this article are push ups, pull ups and battle ropes.

Push ups are mainly beneficial for building upper body strength, they work on your triceps, chest and shoulders. When done properly they can also help engage your lower back and core leading to a mostly fully body workout. You are just lifting your body weight up and down no need for a machine and it leads to tremenduous results. One can do them in their bedroom, their living room, their basement at a park anywhere. If you can’t do a lot just work your way up just like you would in the gym. The results youll not only see in your upper body but in your core as well will be tremenduous.

The second workout is pull ups, this is one of the best compound workouts one can do. You do need a pull up bar, which you can purchase for cheap somewhere online or even canadian tire, winners etc. You can also go to a park and use monkey bars or something similar to that in order to do them. Pull ups are probably the most effective upper body exercise with a bunch of variations, they work your pulling strength and lead to increased muscle mass in back and biceps. They work your back, arms, shoulders, chest and core. This workout helps you to get that V taper look and have you looking like your favorite celebrity.

The last workout we will be focusing on is the use of battle ropes they are affordable and definitely worth the price, they can be purchased on amazon, at any workout store or even places like canadian tire might have them. They can be used in a variety of ways to target various parts of the body, and increased cardio. This exercise will work you until you don’t even have the energy to lift your arms above your head. Engaging your shoulders, core, arms etc.

Workouts do not have to be done in the gym in order to achieve the results you want. You can do workouts out of the gym, and not on any machines and still get that body you want. Working out is about staying healthy and these out of gym routines can help you do that.
