It’s ladies night, and a group of women are ready for a night on the town. They walk into the lounge, and their eyes begin to scan the room. Immediately, their eyes are all drawn to the same place: the well-dressed man. He’s tailored, he’s stylish, sophisticated, and most importantly, he exudes confidence. He has caught their attention.
Why, you ask? Well, where do we begin?
It all boils down to one of the major factors in fashion: physical and sexual attraction. Sex sells, every time. Whether you are consciously aware of it or not its truth. Shallow, perhaps? Some may say so. But this is the reality of our society. Fashion is what really sets the tone, for men and for women. Dress the way you want to be addressed is key.
A woman’s attention is captured and is maintained after the first glance. She immediately starts asking: what does he do? What allows him to carry himself so well? What does he look like without those clothes on? (Believe us, it’s crossing her mind) She is intrigued, and when she is intrigued, she is turned on, simply because you decided to rise to the occasion through your fashion. She is feeling complimented, and is thinking “thank you for showing up today.” She is thinking the same thing that men think of when they see a woman in that sexy little black dress. The only thing that is different is that her decision about you isn’t based on the sexual; it is based on mental. Have you fed her mind? The way you are dressed is the door to endless possibilities.
How you want others to view you begins with your mood. Your mood will always translate into your style. If you’re looking for that “one night stand,” the truth of the matter is you will most likely opt to that go-to outfit. For us, that usually means he is in the black or white fitted collared shirt. He is very flirtatious in his demeanor. All the women you attract that night will be the women who reflect your style that evening. Often, men are saying “I want to find a good woman” and that they are tired of finding the promiscuous ones, the “bad girls.” NEWS FLASH! No strong, sexy, independent woman will be drawn to a man who comes off as overtly and intrusively confident. It’s a fact. Strong sexy women are looking for that exact same thing: a strong, confident man. That is sexy to a woman.
Impressions are what it’s all about, isn’t it? The impression you leave at a first meeting, the impression you have of yourself, the impression you leave with the ones you surround yourself with, the impression you leave on a woman and the impression you leave in the world. Whether you’re going out on a night on the town, or you’re looking to close an important deal at a business meeting, you are looking to dress the part. You must project yourself in the way that you want others to perceive you. Fashion has everything to do with that. The tone of your day is set from the moment you put on your first article of clothing.
