Vacations, they’re the best. Escape your responsibilities to relax, sight-see, and experience new places. Except for when you can’t because of what you’ve forgotten. But don’t worry, we have your back. We’ve searched and we’ve found those pesky things that people tend to forget. So make sure you add these items to your list so that next time you travel- you don’t forget.
Travel Dont Forget

Charger(s):
Bring them all, there is nothing worse than wanting to call take a picture, contact the people you are traveling with, or read your Kindle and finding it dead. Phone, laptop, Kindle, iPad, whatever technology you are bringing pack those chargers.
Important Note: In some countries, you may need adapters. Check that out before you leave.
Laundry Bag:
For those clothes that get dirty part way through your trip. You do not want to mix them in with your clean items. You can get these bags cheap, check out the Dollar Store or Amazon if you are looking for something unique.
Sunscreen:
Because getting a tan is great but those sunburns that blister is not. If you are spending a lot of time outside, make sure you bring some of that SPF.
Stay tuned for an upcoming piece on SPF and why it will not only protect your skin but heal it.
Sunglasses:
When the sun gets bright you will want these and so will your forehead to help prevent those squint wrinkles from forming. Plus you’ll look good in pictures. Put them in your bag right now.
Umbrella:
Caught in the rain on the day you wanted to check out the coolest monument in that foreign city. Not a problem when you have your umbrella.
Traveler Tip: For convenience, grab a travel sized one.
Passport:
Traveling internationally? Double, triple, quadruple check that you have your passport. Then make a photocopy and keep it in a very safe place that is with you at all times.
Cash:
Sure credit cards are great, but you will never know who you need to tip or when you might need some quick cash. Be sure to get some foreign cash before you leave if your trip is international. Don’t forget to do your research and look for the best rate in your area, the airport is not always the best idea.
Bonus: Look in advance if you can download a travel app that can assist with language, directions, and foreign currency.
