This Friday, June 21st, 2019 the Toronto Event Centre will host The Fifth Annual SickKids All-Star Gala. This gala brings together 1,250 pro athletes, celebrities and young professionals for a glamorous evening to raise $100,000 for congenital heart disease research at the Hospital for Sick Children. All funds raised by the All-Star Gala will be matched in full by the Canadian Institute for Health Research.
This event will be hosted by the voice of the Raptors, Jack Armstrong and will have an open bar, silent auction, as well as live music. Previous attendees have included TSN hosts Jay Onrait and Cabbie Richards as well as athletes like PK Subban, Connor Brown, Morgan Rielly, Tyler Seguin, and Mitch Marner. But the real highlight of the evening will be the SickKids patient ambassador taking the stage to share their own story of overcoming congenital heart disease and inspire guests.
