1-2 Organic Medjool dates

1 small pinch of Cinnamon

1 small pinch of Cardamom

1/2 teaspoon of Ghee

Soak the dates in a small amount of water before you go to bed, this increase their softness and digestive quality. Mix the spices into the ghee or sprinkle the spices onto the ghee after it’s been spread onto the dates. Eat slowly and enjoy the sensory pleasure.
