Summer is a favorite for most of the women I know, not only does it mean beach season and cute short shorts but mainly bonding time with your closest girlfriends. Here are a few of the best ways to spend an amazing and memorable summer with your girls.

1) Go for a hike

Not only is a hike a great way to get in shape and soak up the rays, but there’s nothing better then getting out and doing something fun and different with your girls.

2) Patio Season

Who doesn’t like to enjoy a martini on a patio in the sun gossiping with your friends? Scope out a new bar or café with a patio and grab a drink…or five with your closest friends and enjoy!

3) Hit up a pool party

Throw it back to the old days when you would have pool parties with your friends, get your girls together, make a few pitchers of Sangria, and let the fun begin!

4) Do something kind

Nothing like a little good karma to get the summer going, volunteer at a shelter or at a local charity and you’ll instantly feel great.

5) Make a summer bucket list

You’ve always wanted to do this but never have, this summer actually do it. Have your friends all write down two or three things they’ve always wanted to do and make sure you finish everything on your list by the end of the summer!

6) Go dancing

Hit up the club in your hottest bandage dress and show off what you got. Even better if you can find an outdoor club!

7) Get on a boat

Whether it’s a yacht or a paddle-boat, you will always have fun. Check out a boat cruise online or rent a canoe and hit the water, its great fun and keeps you fit!

8) Go for a picnic

This is a great way to show off your cooking skills while having a great time out in the sun with your friends.

9) Go camping

You don’t have to totally rough it, but pitch a tent, make S’mores, and drink some cocktails. You and your girls can bond while experiencing an adventure together!

10) Throw a BBQ

This one isn’t just for the girls, invite some guys, throw on some music and party the night away!
